Trevor Bidstrup, MA, LPC, LMHC, RPCV, is a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Texas (LPC 91325) and Washington (LMHC 61123470). He specializes in supporting individuals grappling with relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, and PTSD. Trevor is particularly adept at helping clients navigate life dissatisfaction, foster self-discovery and healing, manage stress while pursuing life goals, and cultivate healthier relationships.
In addition to his clinical practice, Trevor holds pivotal roles within several influential organizations. He serves as a Board Member of the ASP3’s Therapist Advisory Panel, President of the Professional Psychedelic Providers Association, Secretary of Harm Reduction Circle, and Board Member of Grooving for Good. Notably, Trevor established one of the largest Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy programs in the Pacific Northwest, solidifying his status as a thought leader in this evolving field.
Trevor’s journey in psychology began during his studies at Western Washington University, where he majored in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. His commitment to holistic wellness was deepened during his service with the United States Peace Corps in Malawi, Africa, where he collaborated with a community hospital to address widespread health issues like malnutrition, malaria, and HIV/AIDS.
He further honed his expertise at Bastyr University, earning a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with a strong emphasis on holistic and natural approaches to wellness. Since entering mental healthcare in 2017, Trevor has continually expanded his skill set, integrating diverse therapeutic modalities to best meet the unique needs of each client.
